Terms of Service

This draft describes the terms that will govern use of AILoop. It is not final legal advice and must be reviewed by counsel before relying on it in production.

1. Service

AILoop provides AI visibility audits, Technical Checks, reports, and related workspace tools operated by Heavy Fish Inc. Features, credit pricing, and plan entitlements may change.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials, workspace membership, and lawful use of the service. Do not attempt to abuse rate limits, reverse engineer engines beyond permitted use, or submit unlawful content.

3. Credits, billing, and refunds

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed by billable operations (for example audit runs and Technical Checks). Refund and dispute handling will follow Stripe and our billing policy once finalized.

4. AI-generated output

Audit and Technical Check results depend on third-party AI systems and public web data. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for decisions made using the reports.

5. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies notice.
